The Tartans closed out a great season with a tough CIF Playoff loss at Salesian 39-31. Salesian came into the game with a 23-4 record and were able to hold the Tartans to a season low 31 points.
To Glendora’s credit they were down 31-29 with 1:37 left in the game but Salesian scored their final 8 points from the free throw line.
Hayden Dykstra, as he has most all season, led Glendora scorers with 10 points. He also had 8 rebounds. Austin Clark and Logan Peterson each scored 8 pts. Braydon Wooldridge added 3 and Christian Bidolli 2. Jack Anderson had 7 rebounds.

This was the final game for Seniors Hayden Dykstra, Logan Peterson, Bryce Moreno, Christian Bidolli, Blake McCauley, Mark Zweerink, Jordan Carlyle, Tyler Molinari, Jesse Gutierrez and Nate Van Woerkom.

The Coaches are proud of this team’s season of hard work which resulted in a third place finish in the tough Palomares League and an over all record of 18-12.

The future looks bright with the return of Sophomores Noah Smith, Luke Jacobson, Braydon Wooldridge, Amare Bigornia, and Juniors Jack Anderson, Austin Clark and Jacob Gates.
