J.J. Nolan was clutch at the plate with runners on base last Saturday, driving in four RBIs on three hits to lead the Glendora Tartans past Narbonne 14-2 . Nolan drove in runs on a double in the third, a single in the fourth, and a single in the fourth.
The Tartans secured the victory thanks to nine runs in the fourth inning. The offensive onslaught was led by Nolan, Jake Denerson, Brandon Kiesendahl, and Hunter Mezich who all drove in runs.
Noah Martin led the Glendora Freshman to victory on the mound. He lasted two innings, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out two. Evan Jamison, Brett Hunt, and Joe Gilkeson all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.
Glendora collected 13 hits. Nolan, Ethan Tapia, Denerson, and Raymond Cepeda-Cintra each racked up multiple hits for the Tartans. Tapia and Nolan each collected three hits to lead Glendora.
