Glendora took the lead late in the game in a 15-12 victory over Colony on Friday. The game was tied at 11 with the Freshman batting in the top of the sixth when Garrett Dykstra singled on a 2-0 count, scoring two runs.

In the first inning, the Tartans got their offense started scoring one run when Dykstra singled.
Ryan McNamara was the winning pitcher for the Freshman Tartans. The righty lasted three innings, allowing three hits and four runs while striking out two and walking one. Matthew Martinez threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen to shut the door.
Caleb Lambertson started the game for Glendora but surrendered seven runs on eight hits over two innings, striking out one and walking two.
The Tartans saw the ball well today, racking up 12 hits in the game. Dykstra, Matthew Jordan, Antonio Corral, and Caleb Nguyen all collected multiple hits for the Glendora Freshmen.
